ORIGINS
Finca de Uga has become the soul of the cuisine at Hotel Princesa Yaiza—our gastronomic pantry, where we grow and raise with care, respecting the natural rhythms of the land. Fresh products go directly to our restaurants, offering dishes full of flavour, sustainability and the authentic essence of Lanzarote.
Fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and cheeses are born daily within our own agricultural and livestock ecosystem. Finca de Uga is an organic, sustainable farm that supplies fresh, local and seasonal products to the restaurants of our hotels, becoming the foundation of our culinary offering.

Stratvs
In the unique landscape of La Geria, surrounded by volcanoes and centuries-old vineyards, lies Bodega Stratvs. Here, volcanic wines come to life, blending tradition and modernity, with local gastronomy accompanying each sip. This space pays tribute to the effort of the island’s farmers, with deep respect for the environment and the legacy of Lanzarote.
Discover every corner of Bodega Stratvs with a guided tour through the vineyards, winery and production area. The experience ends with a tasting of our wines and artisan cheeses from Finca de Uga.

From our terrace, with spectacular views over the vineyards of La Geria, enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by volcanic landscapes that connect you with the soul of Lanzarote. Every Saturday, from 13:00 to 15:30, Sound Pairing enhances the experience, combining live music with the island’s most authentic flavours.
To complete your visit, the El Aljibe del Obispo restaurant offers a menu that celebrates local products and traditional Canarian cuisine. And on Sundays, don’t miss the brunch—a delicious way to savour the island at your own pace, in good company, and with fresh, local ingredients.

Finca
de Uga
In the heart of Lanzarote, Finca de Uga is a place where tradition meets sustainability. Here, we combine agriculture and livestock responsibly, taking care of every process with love. We raise animals in harmony with the environment and grow crops using ancestral methods. Our signature cheeses, internationally awarded, are a true delight that reflects the island’s unique character.
We grow fruits, vegetables and greens in the traditional way, treating each plant as part of a respectful natural cycle. We raise our own goats, sheep and cows in a healthy environment where animal welfare is a priority. And we do all of this with sustainability at the heart of everything we do.

At Finca de Uga, we craft artisanal cheeses using milk from our goats, sheep and cows, always with natural methods and limited production. Our cheeses—such as Don Nicolás (named Best Cheese in Spain 2024), Bodega Oveja, and Untado en Pimentón—have been recognised at the World Cheese Awards, reflecting the care we put into every step of the process.
